275 sq ft with a north facing window and private outer stairs and entry for lease in newly renovated two-story family focused building in The Heights called The Family Garden.  Major tenants in the building include a Children’s store on the first floor and lactation consultants in a suite on the second floor.  The mission of The Family Garden is to provide a safe space for new and new again caregivers to come together for services they need.  We are looking for a tenant who has a company that is also family focused and needing a safe environment for their clients.

Amenities for the Multipurpose room:

  • Kitchenette with full size sink and fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker
  • Washer and Dryer access
  • Set up available.
  • Built in cabinets for attendees to store items.
  • Built in standing desktop for presenters with power accessibility.
  • TV with HDMI connection. (other connection extenders also available).
  • Black out blinds on the window that can be raised or lowered.
  • Motion activated and dimmable lighting.
  • Wi-Fi included.


Space is available for rent by the hour, 1/2 day, full day or by the week.
